1. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver flowers throughout Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time). Orders placed after that time will be delivered the next day.

3. Do you deliver on Sundays or public holidays?

We deliver Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and UK public holidays, except for special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas Eve.

4. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location. The exact fee will be shown at checkout. We sometimes offer free delivery promotions for orders over a certain amount.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options available at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Same-day or next-day orders cannot be cancelled once prepared or dispatched.

7. What if no one is home to receive the flowers?

If the recipient is not available, our driver may:

  • Leave the flowers with a neighbour,

  • Leave them in a safe place (if instructed), or

  • Return them to our shop for redelivery (an extra fee may apply).

8. What happens if my flowers arrive damaged?

If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Do you offer custom flower arrangements?

Absolutely! We love creating bespoke arrangements for weddings, events, or personal requests. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs.
